School starts as early as the first staff member. We are ready to help your staff get their work done from early in the morning to late at night. We want you to be able to get your work done each day, not negotiate billings hours with each interaction.
We are adamant that every customers device must be working for them each day. We spend a lot of time each and every day making sure all of your devices are up to date, talking to each other and are in good working order. We spend a lot of time managing school devices in the background, monitoring them for signs of problems with the intention of spotting problems before they become your problem.
We take time to prepare for the needs of schools, you can be sure that we carry a huge amount of parts and replacement machines to make sure you can get on with your planned activities. Preperation plays a big part in good school IT management, second guessing what problems are caused by the loss of a device in any given day. For that reason we are always adding spare parts and machines to our inventory to manage those moments.
We don't just fix the printer or get the wifi working again. We spend time with staff, helping them learn how to use machines, or doing things in an easier manner. We also offer training sessions for both staff and students.
